Cheers to Aces of Art and Wonder!

Creativity is a wonderful gift in endless ways - but do you know how easy it is to make decisions going against the grain of your creativity? Do you know easy it is to ignore the value in being creative? I was quite possibly the perfect example of this.

Being creative and working with my hands is probably one of the purest and truest forms where I achieve complete bliss and happiness. Many of those whom know me will attest to this. I belittled my potential of being an artist because of my "lack of ability" to focus on just one medium. Perhaps there is truth in having a narrow focus, however at the same time my diverse hands-on explorations have been all too valuable in feeding my sensory needs.

I guess you could say this is a public diary of my personal creative processes - some entries with a focus and others more random, but all with the purpose to leave an impression on me in some way.

Note: The title of this entry comes from the words of a dear friend, Aimee Hansen. She is a writer and poet among her other creative talents with a true gift for words along with a pure and loving soul. I am so grateful for her presence among the many others who have continued to share support for my creative dreams.
